Private Party or Rehearsal Dinner or Wedding Dinner
Cost $60.00 (private party/rehearsal dinner) or $65.00 (wedding) a person. Dinner served in Blaise Room for minimum of 10 people. Dinner served in Tavern Room for minimum of 30 people. Dinner served in Solarium for minimum of 50 people. Facilities available for wedding ceremony outside in gardens overlooking canal, inside in Solarium or fireside in Tavern Room.

Assorted hot and cold hors d'oeuvres including:
- Country French Pate with Peach Chutney
- Smoked Trout with Horseradish Sauce
- Assorted Petit Cheese Quiches
- Satays with Peanut Dipping Sauce
- Marinated Shrimp with Mustard Mayonnaise
- Miniature Crabcakes
- Phyllo Triangles filled with Spinach and Feta Cheese

- Dessert of Dark Chocolate Mousse with Raspberry Sauce or Cheesecake with Raspberry sauce. Wedding Cake with Chocolate Mousse/Raspberry Filling.

Cost includes plates, glasses, candles, white napkins & white tablecloths.
Additional costs include flowers, bar, wine, tax at 6%, gratuity at 18%.
